Capital Raising has always been a core business at CEC Capital. In the past three years, we have raised over $20 billion for our capital raising clients worldwide.
While the capital raising transactions we have worked on range from early stage financing all the way up to secondary offering and acquisition financing of public companies, most of our capital raising clients are in their growth and expansion stages. Our typical capital raising check size is $50 million to $2 billion.

Our ECM team systematically cover over 4,000 institutional investors, which include large Chinese conglomerates and industry heavyweights, public companies, financial institutions, government-backed funds, family offices, as well as venture capital, private equity, mutual fund and hedge fund players.
