Beijing Honest Technology Co., Ltd., which focuses on X-ray acquisition and AI identification technology, Ltd. announced the completion of hundreds of millions of yuan in Series B financing. The round was led by China Venture Capital， Minmetals Innovative Investment, GuoTai JunAn ZhengYu investment and See Fund. 

CEC Capital acted as Honest's exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. 

This round of financing will be used for new equipment research and development, product and business development, and team building.

Honest is committed to the research and development of X-ray high-performance detectors and intelligent material identification algorithms, and has launched a variety of high-end automatic intelligent online sorting equipment dedicated to mining industry, which can realize accurate sorting of minerals with ultra-low energy consumption, high efficiency and safety, and can also improve the quality of concentrate and realize the pre-disposal of worthless tailings. In order to increase economic benefits, Honest assist customers to build smart mines and green mines.

The team of Honest mainly comes from the State Key Laboratory of Precision Instrument Department of Tsinghua University and the Research Center of Brain Computing of Tsinghua University. The research in the field of ore X-ray spectrum and intelligent recognition algorithm has lasted for more than ten years, and the research accumulation on weak signal detection has been nearly 15 years. The company focuses on the development and application of core technologies. Starting from spectrum detection technology to execution control, all core components are self-produced and self-researched, and the whole line of back-end signal processing and algorithm design is connected. After years of research and development and accumulation, their software and hardware skillsets are respectively formed into platform-type design architecture, so that the company's mineral processing equipment can be implemented in multiple series functions synchronously. The beneficiation scope can cover coal mine, non-ferrous metal mine, ferrous metal mine, non-metallic mining machine radioactive mine, etc.  The hardware design supports the realization of complex injection separation algorithm fundamentally.
